This smaller gyuto is designed to be slightly more manageable in a smaller kitchen. Measuring in with a 6.5” blade and an overall length of 11.5”. Because of this smaller size it is surprisingly light (3.9oz) and nimble.

The handle is made from sustainably harvested teak. It is dressed up in white synthetic spacers sandwiching a piece of pink gemstone.

All my knives are shipped with a food safe oil treatment to the entire knife - simply wipe clean and you're ready!
